Cancelation 
Policy

Salon Thirty-Six requires a 48-hour notice of cancelling/rescheduling  of your appointment. You will receive a reminder via SMS and email to help remind you of your upcoming reservation. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% - 100% of the total cost of your scheduled service. A no-call no-show will result in a 100% charge of the service.

We are an appointment-based salon and are only open based on appointments. If you call the salon and receive no answer, please leave a message. We are either out of the salon or with a client and will get back with you as soon as possible.
